Registration Dates are as Follows:
Registration for 2025 - 2026 has closed.

Mandatory Parent Meeting
September 14th at 9:30 AM.

We will be having both in person and homeschooling options for religious education.
Fees:
For in-person 1 child: $70.00
2-3 children: $90.00
4 or more: $100.00 +$10.00 each additional child.
Homeschool Option: $50 for first child and $10.00 each additional child.
You as the parent are responsible for ensuring the Office of Catechetical Ministry receives you registration form and the following documents via email and or text.
If your child is receiving First Holy Communion we will need a copy of their Baptismal Certificate.

Frequently Asked Questions
When should my child start 1st Holy Communion preparation?
Children typically start their preparation for 1st Holy Communion at 6 years old. In order to ensure that there is enough time to prepare for 1st Holy Communion before Confirmation, the oldest a child may register is 13 years old.
How long is the 1st Holy Communion program?
We offer a two year program here at San Secondo.
When are 1st Holy Communion classes?
Younger 1st Holy Communion Students (Ages 6-7): Sundays
Older 1st Holy Communion Students (Ages 8 - 13): Saturdays
My child is already 14 years old and still needs to make their 1st Holy Communion, which class should they be registered in?
If your child is already 14 years old, they will need to be enrolled in Confirmation classes where they will prepare to make both their 1st Holy Communion and Confirmation.
Can I bring copies of my child's Sacrament Certificates later?
It is preferred that copies of your child's Sacramental Certificates are presented during registration, but copies will be accepted up to two months after classes begin.
Do I need godparents for 1st Holy Communion?
No, you do not need to select godparents for 1st Holy Communion
When is registration?
Registration for religious education typically begins in August with classes starting in September.
